• We work with third-party suppliers, so some orders may take longer to process.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

• Europe: 1–3 business days to Slovakia and Austria, 3–4 business days to Germany and the rest of the EU (after dispatch)

• Shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high demand.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs 5 EUR, but it is free for orders over 150 EUR.

• Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

• If your tracking number doesn’t show updates, please allow a few days for the system to refresh.
