1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumer Rights)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers have 14 days to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
    •    The item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
    •    A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery, and contact us immediately if:
    •    The item is damaged or defective,
    •    You received the wrong item.

If the defect exceeds 3% of the total product area (i.e., more than 3 defective items per 100), you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
    •    Sale items and gift cards
    •    Hygiene and personal care products
    •    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way to do so is:
    1.    Return the unwanted item (following our return policy).
    2.    Place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.
